3 Branch Coordinators-Logbook Finance Product

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is recruiting three Branch Coordinators for its Logbook Finance product, for the Arua, Masaka and Kampala branches. The role leads sales and recruitment to grow the branch portfolio sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a team of at least 15 active Sales Agents per Team Leader.
• Drive monthly sales, lead generation, conversion and recruitment targets for the branch.
• Develop and carry out branch marketing plans to widen market coverage and win customers.
• Manage field sales through route plans, branch mapping and deployment of sales resources.
• Train and coach the team on product knowledge, sales skills and customer engagement.
• Prepare accurate sales, recruitment and operational reports and act on gaps.
• Lead the branch through performance reviews, coaching, regular field visits and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field.
• At least 4 years of sales or marketing experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Good understanding of credit assessment, lending policies and customer acquisition.
