ICTJ Program Associate – Uganda programDiploma & certificate-level roles
We actively scan the Ugandan market for roles that prioritize practical skills and technical training over four-year university degrees. This feed highlights positions requiring diplomas, vocational certificates, or Higher National Diplomas (HNDs), while algorithmically filtering out employers who demand a strict Bachelor's degree minimum.
Not every career starts with a three-year degree. Technical diplomas, national certificates, and vocational tracks still open serious doors—especially when the employer says so in plain language. This hub looks for that language in job text and pulls those ads into one place.
When a posting reads like a bachelor’s is the minimum requirement, we attempt to leave it out so this page stays useful for diploma-level candidates. Heuristics are imperfect: if something slips through, close the tab and move on—your time is the asset here.
Keep a short list of your certifications and one good referee ready before you click apply. Many diploma routes move faster when you can prove accreditation in one screenshot or PDF.
