True North Consult Ltd is recruiting a Head of Project Management Office in Kampala for a bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the bank’s project, programme and change portfolio in line with strategy and regulatory obligations
- Establish and improve the project, programme and change management framework, standards, tools and reporting
- Lead portfolio prioritisation, advising the executive committee on which initiatives to start, accelerate, defer or stop
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
- A recognised project or programme management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP
- 10 years of progressive experience in project, programme, portfolio or change management, including at least 3 years at senior management level
- Significant banking or financial services experience
- Six Sigma or Lean training is an advantage
