Internal Business Partner Intern

Hr Beyond Limits is offering an Internal Business Partner Intern position in Kampala, supporting a manager with customer data, reporting and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep customer and prospect databases accurate and up to date
• Update customer engagement trackers and record calls, meetings and follow-ups
• Collect and organise basic sales and operational data in Excel and spot simple trends
• Update weekly and monthly reports and dashboards
• Carry out desk research on customers and companies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or a related field
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, business development or performance management
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong research, data organisation and reporting skills
• Good communication, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
