Digital Products Lead

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is hiring a Digital Products Lead in Kampala to grow its USSD and mobile app lending channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive digital product growth, market penetration, disbursements and portfolio performance
• Own the USSD (*249#) and mobile app lending channels and improve customer journeys and conversion
• Lead customer acquisition, activation, retention and cross-selling
• Coordinate product enhancements with IT, Credit, Operations and Technology
• Manage Mambu configurations and reporting, monitor portfolio quality and collections, and manage relationships with mobile network operators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years in digital lending, FinTech, mobile financial services or digital product management
• At least 2 years in a senior or management role leading digital products
• Experience managing USSD and/or mobile lending products, preferably in Uganda or East Africa
