Driving Instructor

A private company is hiring a Driving Instructor in Kampala to train and assess drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical and theory driver training to new and existing drivers, with a focus on road safety
• Plan and deliver lessons and conduct driving assessments
• Coach drivers in operating trucks and other vehicles and demonstrate safe driving
• Teach traffic rules and regulations
• Keep training records and progress reports and work with management to improve safety standards

Requirements

• Strong driving instruction and training skills, practical and classroom
• Knowledge of road safety principles and local traffic regulations
• Proficiency in truck driving and handling commercial vehicles
• Relevant licensing and a clean driving record (preferably)
