(Gulu) Territory Field Sales Representative

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring a Territory Field Sales Representative in Gulu to cover Northern Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores, stockists and local markets across Northern Uganda to secure orders and open new accounts
• Plan daily and weekly routes to meet territory sales targets
• Apply approved pricing, credit, returns and promotion terms with integrity
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance and logistics to confirm stock and timely delivery
• Report market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions and product performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma, or an ordinary diploma, in Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Business Administration or related commercial fields
• Direct sales pitching and territory route planning
• Customer relationship management and negotiation
• Basic digital recordkeeping and order processing
