HACCP Compliance Officer

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring a HACCP Compliance Officer in Nakasongola.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Critical Control Points and verify monitoring logs
• Update the hazard analysis monthly for process, equipment, material or regulatory changes
• Carry out inspections, sampling and testing with validated methods and verified instruments
• Hold independent release authority and stop non-conforming products or raw materials being released
• Identify, document, contain and communicate deviations

Requirements

• Mandatory HACCP certification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Food Safety, Environmental Health, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or a closely related field
• HACCP auditing and hazard identification
• Corrective and preventive action tracking, root cause analysis and traceable records
