High Pressure Air Compressor Operator

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring a High Pressure Air Compressor Operator in Nakasongola.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 40 bar oil-free air compressors for PET bottle blowing lines
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance and log vibration, temperature and air quality
• Inspect and maintain air dryers, filtration units, pressure vessels and condensate discharge systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control faults
• Apply strict energy isolation and safety procedures

Requirements

• Diploma, higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechatronics, Plant Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; or a national certificate, craft certificate, UBTEB/TVET qualification or trade apprenticeship
• High pressure compressor maintenance and pressure vessel safety
• Pneumatic, mechanical and electrical fault diagnostics
