Human Resources Manager

Dalilang Foods & Beverages is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Namanve, Mukono.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding to meet staffing needs
• Make sure the company complies with Ugandan labour laws and internal policy
• Manage payroll administration, employee welfare and industrial relations
• Run performance appraisals and support coaching
• Resolve grievances and manage disciplinary processes; lead the HR team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management or a closely related discipline; or a higher or ordinary diploma in a relevant field
• Relevant HR certifications (UBTEB, TVET, professional or equivalent)
• Ugandan labour law compliance and dispute resolution
• HRIS management and confidential record keeping
