Regional Manager-SME Product

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is hiring a Regional Manager for its SME product in Kampala.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out regional sales and distribution strategies to meet disbursement targets and grow the SME client base
• Lead portfolio quality, collection and risk initiatives
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach SME staff
• Make sure loan origination, appraisal, approval, monitoring and delinquency escalation processes are followed
• Monitor SME market trends and competitors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance or a related field
• At least 3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in a financial institution
• A professional qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Development is an added advantage
• Strong numerical, analytical and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
